Are you an AV company or an event management partner?

Plum Media acts as your event management and production lead. We manage planning, coordination, creative, and execution, and we oversee AV and technical partners as part of a larger, integrated process.

Do you replace our internal events or marketing team?

No. We work alongside internal teams, providing experienced leadership, production expertise, and extra capacity where needed. Many clients use us to handle complexity while internal teams focus on strategy and stakeholders.

What types of events do you typically manage?

We support high-visibility events including general sessions, conferences, internal meetings, awards programs, leadership events, and hybrid or livestreamed events.

How early should we bring you into the process?

The earlier, the better. Involving us during venue selection or initial planning helps reduce risk, control budgets, and avoid downstream changes. That said, we can also step in midstream if plans are already underway.

Do you handle creative and content as well as logistics?

Yes. Our team supports event creative, video, graphics, show flow, and content alongside planning and execution. This keeps the experience cohesive and avoids handoffs between vendors.

Can you support hybrid or livestreamed events?

Yes. Hybrid and livestreaming are integrated into our event planning process, not treated as add-ons. We design the experience for both in-room and remote audiences.
